The Site provides information about La Crepe Boise, our menu, our schedule, and a way to request catering or event bookings and get in touch with us. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation or security.
Submitting the Event Inquiry Form is a request for an estimate, not a confirmed booking. A booking is only confirmed once we've communicated directly with you and agreed on details such as date, location, menu, headcount, and pricing. If pricing shown on the Site (including on the Menu page) is for general reference and may change; your actual quote will be confirmed with you directly.
We try to keep the Site, including our menu, schedule, and pricing, accurate and current, but we don't guarantee that everything is free of errors or fully up to date at all times. If something matters to your decision (an ingredient, an allergen, a price, a location), please confirm with us directly before your event.
Our menu items are prepared in a kitchen/truck that handles common allergens, including gluten, dairy, and tree nuts. Menu descriptions list key ingredients but may not capture everything. If you or your guests have food allergies or dietary restrictions, please tell us when you book so we can talk through what's possible.
The Site displays Google reviews and links to services like Instagram and Google Calendar that we don't control. We aren't responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of third-party sites or services.
The Site's text, photos, logo, and design are owned by La Crepe Boise or used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our consent.
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, La Crepe Boise is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where the law doesn't allow it to be limited.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, with the effective date updated above.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
